Depression is actually a phase where, over a period of many days and weeks, you feel low. If you feel low or under the weather ocassionally or sometimes, then rest assured you aren’t suffering from depression but that’s just momentary. It may be because of something you ate or something you’ve read or watched. Talk to your loved ones. Or just reply here…
