I usually drink the juice at night because like somebody said- it does not make you feel thirsty in the middle of the night. Also, due to the fact that it acts as a good digestive. I think the energy that it provides is utilized to digest the food well. Therefore, I have good bathroom routine every morning. Marked as spam
