They also prevent hair loss because of soluble fibers, antioxidants, phenolic components and various vitamins they contain. Antioxidants help in improving blood circulation, which in turn improves hair growth.

Yes, I read somewhere that apple juice actually helps in reducing hair fall. I tried it, I haven’t seen much of a difference in hair fall, but somehow the texture feels better.
