The moringa tree leaves and seeds are rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants useful for weight loss. It cleans the immune system and helps in balancing the thyroid gland functions. Also, it can prevent weight gain and diabetic disorders because it helps in controlling sugar levels. However, more research needs to be done regarding moringa as a weight loss supplement.
