You don’t need to fight against body-shaming, it is your body and just be confident about it. Obesity might lead to some other disorders so, it is better to start taking care of your health. Make sure you do not do it because others are talking about it. Start exercising, maintain a proper diet! Exercising will make your mind more alert too. If you like, you can also start with Yoga!
