Protein-rich foods are great for skin and hair as they provide strength, elasticity, and ward off wrinkles. Seafood gives our body essential fats like omega-3 and omega-6. Iron is present in meat legumes and whole grains. Muesli (whole grains) boosts the intake of vitamin B and vitamin E. Nuts contain essential fats. Kiwifruit and citrus contain a good amount of vitamin C which makes collagen. That’s pretty much you need for healthy skin and hair.
