Black pepper and its powder are an excellent source of vitamin K, dietary fiber, and manganese. It is also a rich source of other vitamins and minerals like calcium, potassium, copper, iron, vitamin C, phosphorus, and chromium. Proteins and carbohydrates are also present in black pepper in adequate amounts.
