Nutritional facts of cabbage are that it is low in calories and very rich in fibers. 100gms of cooked cabbage contains almost 12grams of calories, 0.2g of total fat, 11g sodium, 87mg potassium, 2.2g of carbohydrates, and 1.1 grams of protein.
