Increase the fluid intake. Include aloe vera, buttermilk, bananas, radish, lukewarm water prepared with cumin seeds, lemon juice, mint juice, coriander seeds, mango seeds, witch hazel, cranberries, etc. in your diet. Avoid the intake of spicy and oily foods.
