Coconut oil pulling can have side effects including a hangover-like sensation and stomach cramps, in the case of a coconut allergy. Otherwise, coconut oil pulling is a safe option to go for.

Coconut oil pulling has caused excessive release of mucus for me. Maybe this is because I suffer from sinus problem.
