Honey is probably not advisable to be fed to infants, despite its health properties. Similarly, it should be avoided by diabetics. A high dosage of honey might further lead to failure in the absorption of nutrients as it interrupts the smooth functioning of the small intestine.

You need to check if the honey is original or no. You can do that by adding few drops of honey in a bowl of water and if it dissolves just throw it away dont even think twice.
