Many say that moringa should be taken for women who are pregnant as it helps in breastfeeding. But it is better to consult the doctor before its usage, as the uterus of a pregnant woman might contract which can, unfortunately, lead to miscarriage in some cases. Moringa increases the flow of breast milk production, but more research is required to ascertain whether this milk will be nutritious for the infant or not.
