Vitamin B5 is available in a variety of food items like meat, grains, eggs, milk, and vegetables like broccoli, mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes, corn, etc. Chicken liver, sunflower seeds, and avocado are also good sources of pantothenic acid. Vitamin B5 converts carbohydrates into glucose, which is required to produce energy.
