A deficiency of riboflavin or vitamin B2 causes symptoms such as fatigue, digestive problems, slowed growth, eye fatigue, swollen magenta-colored tongue, sores and cracks around the corners of the mouth, soreness and swelling of the throat, and sensitivity to light. Moreover, its deficiency can cause anemia, itching, dermatitis, and bloodshot eyes.

This is called ariboflavinosis and occurs when you dont get enough of riboflavin daily

Like 0.8 mg is some minimum requirement daily so stick to sources of riboflavin if you face any such symptoms
