Cardamom is a strong aromatic spice which is used in various ways to add flavor to dishes. People usually use it in stews and curries. Apart from that, this full-of-flavor spice can be used in many edibles such as adding it to mulled wine. 2 to 3 pods of cardamom can also be used in curries mainly for rice dishes.

It is know for its uses in cooking as a spice since it brings a dash of flavor to whatever food it is added to.
