In herbal medication, the flowers of chrysanthemum are used as tinctures and creams. Other uses of chrysanthemum are curing night blindness, conjunctivitis, dizziness, and blurry sightedness. Research has shown that chrysanthemum has the flavonoid acacetin, which can inhibit malignant cell growth. It also fights against prostate and some other forms of cancer.
