Ghee (clarified butter) is a kind of butter that is free of lactose and casein. Adding ghee in your diet makes your bones stronger, and it helps you follow a process of healthy weight loss. The presence of fat soluble vitamins is an added advantage. This helps in keeping the skin glowing and keeping your vision in check.
