Rosemary oil acts as an anti-cancer and anti-inflammatory element. Coming to hormones, this oil balances androgen and estrogen in the body. It is also good for patients facing hair loss as rosemary oil leads to increase in ‘rapid’ hair growth. It is also useful for detoxifying the liver.

You can try rosemary oil for hair growth. It worked for me very well but you’ll need some patience for things to happen and avoid smoking and drinking, eat good food only.

Studies and research by a group of British researchers have shown that inhaling rosemary or rosemary oil helps people remember things.

According to a report in the Daily Mail newspaper, research has also shown that rosemary oil stimulates attention and promotes long-term memory.

A series of tests on rosemary-derived oil have shown that inhalation increases the chances of helping a person remember things he has to do in the future by 60 to 75 percent compared to people who did not, said researchers at the University of Northumbria in Newcastle.
