Pimples are majorly seen in teens because of hormonal changes during puberty. The hormones named androgens increase during teenage years and lead to larger oil glands under the skin. Another reason can be consumption of chocolates and fried foods which contain fatty acids and oils. Consumption of excessive oil can be harmful both internally and externally.
