Sugar alcohols are the sugar substitutes which are found in gums, candies, cookies etc. They cause gastrointestinal conditions such as bloating and gas. Soft drinks can bloat our belly as it contains carbonation. Ice cream is rich in sugar which triggers an increase in insulin levels and also increases fat storage in the midsection. Other foods are hot dogs, white pasta, sugar-free gum, cabbage, deep fried vegetables, pastries, and refined grains.

Too many drinks lead to such things. I’ve faced that before and limited my drinking habits

My colleague drinks cola instead of water. Sometimes she takes only cola as her day’s food. There are many problems that she faced becasue of this and belly bloating was one of them. So I guess drinking carbonated drinks could be a major cause of belly bloating.

Carbonated drink, junk food, and over eating has been major cause of my belly fat and belly bloating. I am a big time foodie and try out restaurant food every now and then. It is also the reason for my poor immunity.
Unfortunately, there isn’t much I do to stop it. Sometimes I also go into depression thinking about my flabs and fats. People have made fun of my body and sometimes that also takes me into self harm thoughts. I know there may be a way out but it doesn’t happen overnight.
Some people say stop eating out. Others say stop eating before feeling full so that you can later have a few more bites until full. While all these may be a good solution, it is easier said than done.
