I read that tea tree oil is also very effective against bacterial infections. You can mix 3 drops of tea tree oil with three drops of any carrier oil like coconut oil. Apply this blend on a bandage and tie that bandage on the affected area. Make sure you replace this at least once or twice a day. You can also put three drops of tea tree oil in your bath water. Remember, tea tree oil is very potent and should not be taken internally.
