Firstly, it is the case of pregnancy and secondly it is about a sensitive area. So I think it is best to get a doctors advise over this issue. Trial and error would be a big cost to your life.

Here is a method you can try. Put 2-3 drops of peppermint on the toilet seat. Then, sit over it for a few minutes and take some deep breaths. The vapors from the oil should relax your pelvic region.

I would still recommend you to get it checked by your doctor.
