Amaranth is also a good source of calcium, magnesium, and copper. It is beneficial for the immune system and is packed with vitamins like vitamin A, C, E, K, B5, B6, folate, and riboflavin. Amaranth seeds can treat high cholesterol, high blood pressure, and inflammation.
