Extra virgin olive oil is extracted from crushing fresh olives and obtaining the juice from them. It is an unrefined oil containing vitamins and minerals inherited from the fruit itself as it is not treated by chemicals and has an acidity level of less than 0.8%. Owing to these features, this oil has shelf life of about two years only. Marked as spam
