I had match tea once and now I don’t remember when did I start it because it feels like I have been having it for ages. It helps me calm my mind. It is an awesome relaxant and the best of all its highest antioxidant power helps in faster metabolism. It has helped me lose weight and burn fats. Obviously, along with half an hour of regular exercise or walk. Looking to start some green tea. March towards Matcha!

Matcha green tea anytime! It is by far the best green tea I’ve had and I love its taste a lot. There is a lot of information out there which claims that matcha has 10 times more antioxidants that the usual green tea.
