The best time to drink oolong tea is 15 to 30 minutes before breakfast, if it is to be taken twice a day then 15 to 30 minutes before both breakfast and lunch. If you want to burn more fat, then you can take it 30 minutes after meals as well.

Prefer to have it at night since caffeine can keep me awake at times hence I avoid it at night that’s why
