Eating 3 dates a day is a healthy and simple option to keep your blood circulation at its best. I try to give dates to my daughter but kids these days find everything dull just because the foods aren’t photogenic enough. So following the same path, she just refuses to eat plain dates and that’s when I came up with ideas to teem dates with different foods. I add dates to banana smoothies instead of sugar and my girl just loves to have it in the morning.

I am a hardcore vegan and believe it or not, I still love eating desserts. The major shift that happened when I switched to veganism was seeking plant-based alternatives for egg. The brownies with dates are just awesome and I do not miss using egg at all. Infact, dates work as a sweetener as well.
