What is the daily dosage of flaxseed oil?

There is no such dosage for consuming flaxseed oil on a daily basis. It depends on the amount of EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) one has in their diet. On a general note, one can consume about 1-2 tablespoon of flaxseed per day or 1-2 flaxseed oil capsules a day.

I think 1 or 2 tbsp of flaxseed oil is enough for the day. It mostly depends on your diet. If you do not have omega-3 fatty acids food, it is better to have flaxseed oil as a supplement!
