What is the difference between black pepper powder and black pepper?

Black and white pepper powders are powdered forms of black and white peppercorns respectively. Both are fruits of the same pepper plant, but black pepper is harvested when unripe and is sundried until the outer layer blackens whereas white peppercorns are fermented, fully ripened berries whose outer layer is peeled off before drying.

It’s obvious you see one is powdered and other is not but the use of them is the same only just each one has their method of usage
