The difference between oolong tea and black tea lies in the way they are processed. Oolong tea is partially fermented and undergoes another step of shaking to get some additional flavors. It has less caffeine than black tea and has more antioxidants. Black tea is fully fermented and has the maximum amount of caffeine.
