What is the difference between broccoli and cauliflower?

Broccoli and cauliflower belong to the same family Brassicaceae but are grouped under Italica cultivar group and Botrytis cultivar group respectively. The tree-shaped part in broccoli is loosely packed so that we can see the spaces, but in a cauliflower, they are very closely packed. Broccoli has green colored flower heads whereas cauliflower has a white flower head.

Broccoli is green and more healthy but cauliflower is white.
