Mandarins are oranges which are basically flat from both the sides, whereas clementine is a member of the mandarin family and is essentially a mandarin. Clementine is the smallest type of mandarin which is seedless and whose peel is smooth, shiny, and dark in color. Clementine is available during the winter season from November to April.
