What is the difference between grapefruit and orange?

Grapefruits and oranges belong to the same family but are different fruits. Grapefruits are a more recent discovery as they are hybrids and grow in clusters, unlike oranges. Also, grapefruits are larger and heavier than oranges with a pink or red flesh as compared to oranges which have orange flesh.

Outer covering are same in both but from the inside grapefruit is red unlike orange which is orange inside as well
