Not many people are aware of the fact that green tea and black tea come from the same source. The only difference lies in the way they are processed. Green tea is steamed and dried whereas black tea is crushed, which gives it its dark color. Both, green tea and black tea contain caffeine, and hence, their consumption should be restricted.
