Commonly known as wild rocket or sylvetta, wild arugula is a plant with yellow flowers and serrated leaves that can grow up to a height of 2 feet and tastes intensely peppery. Baby arugula, on the other hand, is simply arugula that has been harvested while still young, so that its leaves are smaller and lightly flavored.
