What is the recommended daily intake of vitamin B 17?

I’ve heard proper intake of nuts like almonds or cashew nuts and sprouts really help. My cousin had this definciency and was recommended to add this in her diet. Frankly no idea how much she was asked to take.

Yes nuts have been proved to be really helpful source of B17, especially the apricot seeds which contain high source of laetrile. Even macademia nuts can be an alternative source. Daily you need to take 100mg of vit B17. This means 7 apricot seeds a day.
