Dr. Greger blends a handful of dried hibiscus flower, few tablespoons of erythritol, a teaspoon of Indian gooseberries, few fresh mint leaves, and a small piece of fresh ginger, in 1.5 L of water and sips it throughout the day. However, in his recent blog, he mentions having cut the intake to quarter a day of the filter because of the high manganese content.
