Ginseng can be used for controlling diabetes, as consuming ginseng daily, two hours before a meal can help in lowering blood sugar. It also helps in maintaining respiratory tract infections, by making the infection’s symptoms milder. Studies also suggest that wild ginseng helps in preventing breast cancer and maintaining blood pressure.

I was reading this article on healthy foods and ginseng was one of the listed foods. It said that ginseng helps you improve your mental and physical health. It actually balances the cognitive functioning. I did start eating it but I’m not sure how much it has helped me. Also, it wasn’t for only wild ones any type ginseng does that (apparently there are 11 types, so confusing!)

I drink ginseng tea to have a better strength in my bedroom. It actually boosts energy and increases my stamina. I am able to give more satisfaction to my wife. In fact, even my wife has started drinking this tea. It is truly the perfect tea to increase the heat between the sheets.
