To cook brown rice in a rice cooker, rinse 2 cups of brown rice and add 3 cups of water to it with an optional pinch of salt. This makes the water ratio of brown rice to water 2:3. After that, all you need to do is set the timer on the rice cooker and wait for the rice to cook.

I figured this out on my own so like if you have rice in a bowl water level should be little above it meaning the rice should be submerged in water and you can wait up to 3-4 whistles for rice to cook.
