Daikon radish contains an enzyme known as diastase, which significantly helps in relieving heartburn and indigestion. Daikon radish has massive amounts of phosphorus, potassium, and vitamin C. You can either bake daikon radish or boil it for making soups or stir-fries. It can also be eaten raw with a dip or shredded for salads.
