Wheat germ is exceptionally nutritious and has a diverse number of uses. The germ is the most nutritious part of the entire grain and offers many health benefits. However, if you are out of your stock of wheat germ, some of the substitutes for it are flaxseed, almond meal, bran, and oatmeal.

Yea oatmeal is the best option plus the taste wont differ and also it is easily available.
