“Coconut oil can be found in two versions, refined and unrefined. It is derived from the kernal and contains healthy fats, including the MCTs – Medium Chain Triglycerides and lauric acid. This lauric acid has powerful antiviral properties.
The second oil you asked for is MCT oil, which is a concentrated form of coconut oil containing diverse MCTs (such as C8 and C10). This fat proves to be a great source of energy.”

MCT is very helpful in weight loss and improving cognition. You can look for MCT creamer instead of the oil if you are bored of the taste.
