I always prefer having loose leaf tea over tea bags because the flavor is just so good. Plus you can actually see what’s in your tea, unlike the teabags that hidethe ingredients only to surprise / shock you. It’s easy to use as well. All you have to do is take a tsp and make a cup for yourself. Use a French press or a pourover. I let the tea brew for 3 minutes exactly and increase the time by 1 minute everytime your reuse the tea. You can reuse the leaves for at least 4 times.
