  1. Lack of physical fitness and health is the foremost factor that rules you out as a donor.
  2. While most medications do not prevent you from donating blood, antibiotics require you to have finished their course at least 7 days prior to doing so.
  3. Anyone having tested positive for AIDS or hepatitis viruses disqualifies as a blood donor.
    4.Tattoos and cosmetic treatments that involve the use of non-sterile needles are other factors that make you ineligible to donate blood.

There are many factors such as medications, physical health, diseases and also if you have donated in last 6 months you need to wait
