Will willow bark help my psoriasis? I've had psoriasis for over 30 years.

Dealing with psoriasis is about adjusting your diet to include anti-inflammatory foods. I’ve also heard that turmeric helps.

I developed psoriasis about 5 years ago. Turning to herbal remedy I found two foods – willow bark and meadowsweet. Both of them have amazing anti-inflammatory properties. I have been using both of these for about 5 moths now. I see some improvements. I read it somewhere that the salicylic acid present in both of them is what does the magic. Not sure if its right but I am liking its effects.

I don’t know if it will be as effective for your prolonged psoriasis issue but I guess no harm in trying. Right? Would like to hear from others about their experience
