Arnica oil has anti-inflammatory properties. It helps increase the blood flow to the affected area, which provides relief from joint pains and also heals wounds. I have been using it twice daily for past 2 weeks. It has shown great results. I plan to continue using it for 2 more weeks. You can use it too. Would love to know your expereince.
