Complete Diet: A healthy diet containing fruits like apples, bananas, pineapple, and papaya, along with vegetables like carrot, cabbage and others are also helpful in keeping acid reflux at bay!

Thanks for such helpful and important easy ways to get control over the acid reflux. Though now there are many natural remedies products are available in markets as acidgone. Such tips also much helpful to get control over the acid flux.


Thanks for the tip I may add olive oil too to the list which can be used to enhance food or antacids.
