Ingredients

  • 1 cup of filtered water
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon powder
  • 1 tsp of honey
  • 1 tsp of ginger powder
  • 1 tsp of lemon juice

Instructions

  • To make honey tea, add water in a saucepan and let it boil.
  • Grate ginger (or add ginger powder) and add it to the boiled water. Let the concoction steep for 3 minutes.
  • Add a teaspoon of honey and lemon to taste. 
  • This tea is best enjoyed when it is hot.
