Although you can buy magnesium oil in many medicine stores, making your own magnesium oil makes you more confident about the purity of the oil you’re applying to your body. It is also very easy to make at home, provided you have access to magnesium chloride flakes. Alternatively, you can also make it from Epsom salt which is not as potent but is cheaper. These can be purchased online from a number of distributors, as well as select herbal shops and manufacturers.
