  1. Cut the cherry tomatoes into halves.
  2. Place the cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, and basil leaves in a bowl.
  3. In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and your delicious yet healthy meal is good to go!

Recipe Notes

For a vegan preparation, you can omit the fresh mozzarella. The salad tastes great with just tomatoes and basil too. If packing in a lunch box, keep the dressing separately.
